USBtoMBus-5K - new converter the size of USB thumb drive

We developed and manufactured a new very small USB converter which is especially well suited for use as a portable configuration tool for M-Bus meters or service diagnostics of M-Bus networks. It can also be used as a common M-Bus converter for permanent installation in applications where USB interface is preferred. The converter's technical design stems from our proven robust converters which use filters and protections against overloads and short circuits on the M-Bus line. New product prices for 2023

Dear customers,

starting from 23rd of January 2023 we will be increasing prices of all of our products by approximately 7%.

Prices have been adjusted to reflect the ongoing global chip crisis, inflation and prices of subcontractor services.

Delivery price changes

The DHL delivery company we are using has increased delivery prices starting from this year.
The new prices are now used in our webshop.

We are also introducing the following changes for deliveries to countries outside the EUCU
(European Union Customs Union):
1. Customs fees are no longer being charged.
2. Price level at which free shipping is provided is no longer available.

Price changes

Dear customers,

starting from 23rd of August 2021 we are increasing the price of our converters.

The price increase is due to the current global chip crisis which causes an increase in the converter manufacturing costs.

The increases apply to prices of all Ethernet converters and serial converters of the XL type.
Prices of all remaining converters and surge protectors will remain unchanged.

Our efforts during the recent period were focused on minimizing the increase, however we had to instate it. It is the first increase in price of our converters in the 10 years of our market presence.

With a considerable pre-stocking and increased manufacturing we were able to create suffcient stocks and the availability of converters and further manufacturing should not be affected by the crisis.

How does the chip crisis affect us?
In worst cases components are not available on the market and unconfirmed delivery dates are as long as half a year. Prices of all components across the board have increased, quite commonly they have doubled, in extreme cases quadrupled.
